Cannot find your number?

Call the Watford office on +44 208 090 1425 with the collection date and the recipient name, and we will look it up for you.

What the statuses mean

• Collected — the parcel is with us in the UK and has been weighed and labelled.
• In transit — it has left the UK and is on its way to Colombo.
• Customs clearance — our team in Sri Lanka is clearing it. No action needed from you.
• Out for delivery — it is on a van on the island.
• Delivered — signed for at the destination.
